CT SYN CHAIN LUBE ISO 220 or 320 is a unique blend of synthetic esters to provide lubrication to allow free movement of chain components and prevent wear on the chain and sprockets. CT SYN CHAIN LUBE will not build-up or leave a sticky, gummy residue to make it difficult for new lubricant to enter between the rubbing surfaces of the chain. CT SYN CHAIN LUBE reduces friction, resulting in lower power consumption and reduced risk of chain breakage. CT SYN CHAIN LUBE also forms tenuous thin film lubricant oil with good adhesion, protect the chain from contaminant and water wash off. CT SYN CHAIN LUBE is highly recommended to for working temperature consistently up to 260oC.
Use CT SYN CHAIN LUBE at 24-hours operation powder coating line in automotive industries, paint drying oven conveyer chain, high temperature tenter frame ovens in textile industries.
