Our Neoprene Sealant is one component sealant based on Neoprene (Chloroprene), which is fully in conformity to ASTM C834-76 standard specification for latex sealing compounds. As a high-quality instant gasket maker, it provides excellent adhesion to metal, glass, steel, aluminum, lumber, rubber and plastic, porcelain and ceramics, and forms a durable, flexible, elastic, waterproof surface seal on many common materials. It is therefore used as a replacement of Asbestos, Cork, Felt, and Metal Gaskets.
Features
1? Moisture, oil, ozone, and ultraviolet radiation resistant. Non-toxic and odor, non-corrosive, non-sag and shrink, non-crack, non-washout.
2? Excellent flexibility, tensile strength, vibration damping qualities, and permanent elasticity. Therefore, matches the applications that require strength and speed.
3? Mildew-resistant and high-temperature resistant (ranging from -40? to 200?/-100? to 400?), especially meets the high humidity and high temperature application conditions.
Application
1?Auto and motorcycle
Timing chain cover, transmission pan, valve rocker cover, thermostat housing, side cover water out/inlet, intake manifold, water pump, engine, windshield seal, auto welding gap seal, gear cover oil leak seal.
2?Other equipment manufacture
Locomotive gear cover, pumps, motors, heating system, kitchen and bathroom machinery, switch.
3? Construction and household
In/outside room decoration, slight dislocated crack and joint, gap between window frame/door frame and wall, gap between plaster tablet and wall, gap between cabinet/discharge pipe and wall etc.
