UP-616 POLYSULFIDE SEALANT FOR INSULATING GLASS
Characteristics
UP-616 is a two-component, room-temperature-cured high performance polysulfide sealant. It also has excellent maneuverability, curing property and quality consistency. The cured product has good flexibility, gas permeation resistance, weather durability, aging resistance and great adhesion to most common IG materials such as glass and aluminum.
UP-616 contains no organic solvents, with no harm to human and environment. It is therefore considered as a “Green” product.
UP-616 accords with the standard JC/T 486-2002 of «Elastomeric Sealants for Insulating Glass».
Insulating glass units made of UP-616 accords with the standard GB/T 11944-2002 of «Insulating Glass».
Main application: UP-616 is to be used as the sealant material for manufacturing the insulating glass units.
