General:
BQZF Linkage set for sample cleaning , sterilizing ,filling and sealing (hereinafter called linkage set) is a new-generation high-production general-usage ampoule production linkage set developed by our company through making improvement on ordinary linkage set characterizes advanced design , rational structure , perfect function ,high automation ,stable and safe machine operation ,high efficiency and electro-mechanical design and has attained to the 90’s world advanced level of its kind.
The linkage set is divided into three operation zone for cleaning sterilizing and filling and consists of 3 machines respectively including a QXC cleaning machine, a SGZ sterilizing and drying machine and a DGF filling and sealing machine ,which can be run individually or jointly .The linkage set is mainly made of 304 stainless steel and its surface material is imported sanded stainless steel and is thus clean , smooth and bright enough to meet GMP standard.
Technical process of the linkage set is :
Ampoule washing-----supersonic cleaning-----first washing of circular water-----second washing of circular water----filtered compressed air drying-----washing of filtering injection water------first blowing of filtered compressed air------second blowing of filtered compressed air ------third blowing of filtered compressed air----- preheating---- high temperature sterilizing and cooling----transporting of bottles----testing of bottles transported----foresgasing----filling----postgasing-----preheating-----sealing-----counting----final product.
