At present, our company has 5 types of soya protein: WDF-Pro950, WDF-Pro950E, WDF-Pro950T, WDF-Pro930, WDF-Pro930F.
WDF-Pro950 is a soya protein produced from the NON-GMO raw materials; it has been produced and designed for using within the high temperature brawn intestines, hashed meat intestines, hamburg meat patty etc..
WDF-Pro950 provides strong gel strength through water binding in a ratio of 1:4.The gel ability can reach min.2000g,penetration distance will be range min.21 mm.(the instrument: Texture analyzer TA.XTPlus)
The product is also an excellent emulsifying agent; it will give you a homogenous heat stable emulsion in a ratio of at least 1:5:5.
WDF-Pro950E is a soya protein produced from the NON-GMO raw materials; it has been produced and designed for using within the sausage product and low temperature meat product processing industry.
